If you purchased a product directly from ECKO.com and it arrives damaged, please use our Return Portal at ECKO UNLTD - Returns Center within three business days of receiving the product. Provide details about the damage and your order number. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label according to our Warranty Policy and refund process.
If you purchased a product from a third party and it arrives damaged during shipping, please contact the third party directly regarding their product damages policy and process. At this time, we are only able to service orders placed on ECKO.com.
