If you purchased a product directly from ECKO.com and it's not a Final Sale product, you can request a pre-paid return label by contacting us via our return portal at ECKO UNLTD - Returns Center. We will provide you with a digital shipping label to be printed out. Products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund, minus a return shipping fee of $10 USD per package. The refund will be issued in the original payment method. Contact us to select the products you want to return and submit a request.
